Kelly Manor is a three story, eleven unit apartment built in 1995 and is located three blocks from downtown Salmon Arm. There are four one bedroom suites and seven two bedroom suites. Public transit has a stop just outside our second floor entrance. This particular building has in-floor radiant heat and each suite comes complete with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, air conditioner and has its own large private patio/balcony.  Heat and hot water is provided by management and as a tenant you are responsible for hydro, telephone, cable and internet.  A coin operated laundry facility is located on the first floor of the building.  This building has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.

There are two separate entries to the apartment. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor and each are level to the city sidewalk.  Each suite is provided with one parking stall.
