Douglas Manor is a three story, eighteen unit apartment built in 1992. It is located three blocks from downtown Salmon Arm. There are six one bedroom suites and twelve two bedroom suites. Public transit has a stop just outside our second floor entrance. Each suite comes complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, air conditioner and its own large private balcony.  Heat and hot water is provided by management and as a tenant you are responsible for hydro, telephone, cable and internet.  A coin operated laundry facility is located on the second floor of the building.  This building has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.

There are two separate entries to the apartment. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor and each are level to the city sidewalk.  Each suite is provided with one parking stall.
