Kerri Manor is a three story eighteen unit apartment built in 2005.  It is located two blocks from downtown Salmon Arm just across the street from City Hall and Fletchers Park.  There are seven one bedroom and eleven two bedroom suites.  Each unit comes complete with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, air conditioner and its own large private balcony.  Hot water is provided by management.  Tenants are responsible for their own hydro, telephone, cable and internet.  A coin operated laundry facility is located on the second floor of the building.  This building has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.

There are two separate entries to the apartment. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor and each are level to the city sidewalk.  Each suite is provided with one assigned parking stall.
