Patricia Manor is a three story, sixteen unit apartment built in 2010. It is located two blocks from downtown Salmon Arm and across the street from Fletchers Park. All suites in this building have two bedrooms and each suite comes complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, air conditioner and has its own large private balcony. Hot water is provided by management and as a tenant you are responsible for hydro, telephone, cable and internet. A coin operated laundry facility is located on the second floor of the building. This building has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
There are two separate entries to the apartment. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor and each are level to the city sidewalk. Each suite is provided with one assigned parking stall.
